Once your order is received, we will package it up within two-three business days. Depending on your address, we will generally post your parcel through Australia Post or Aramex. You will receive emails updates as to when your product has been shipped.

We've made all of our products with sensitivities of dogs and humans at front of mind! We are not only meat and dairy free, but all products are free from nuts and grains. Our products have no added oils and are suitable for dogs on low fat diets. Our loyal customers have told us that rascals have been an amazing find for their doggos with health conditions (such as pancreatitis and sensitive stomachs). This is because we use fresh, human grade ingredients like roasted pumpkin and fresh beetroot to give your pup the nutrients they deserve in a gentle way.

Rascals biscuit-style treats and meal topper have a crunchy consistency, however our wonderful customers who have dogs with few teeth have told us that adding a little bit of water to the treats softens them perfectly so that their dogs can eat them. Please note that this would not be possible for our chewy sticks.
